Located at the 14-mile marker at Lake of the Ozarks, MO, this exquisite vacation home provides all you need for a memorable stay. This five bedroom, four bath 6000 SF château is nestled in the trees of the prestigious estates of Porto Cima. This stunning property offers a range of amenities sure to provide for a luxurious retreat.
One of the highlights of this property is the breathtaking views of the sunset from the terrace overlooking the main channel towards the Lodge of Four Seasons. Imagine watching the Four Season’s fireworks show during Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day weekend from your own deck, creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Better yet, enjoy a relaxing time swimming in the pool, soaking in the new salt water hot tub (coming Spring 2025), playing billiards, ping pong, air hockey, or one of the many other games on site. Bring your boat or rent a Tri-toon and enjoy the lakeside. Enjoy having lake access and use of the large concrete dock. The dock has a swimming area and 12’x30’ covered boat slip.
This custom designed château with 6000 square feet will easily accommodate up to 14 people in the main house, making it perfect for families of all ages. If you need even more space, we have additional room in the Terrace Hideaway above the garage. The hideaway comes equipped with three queen beds, sleeping 5 more, on the same property. This space is also perfect if you're traveling with family members who desire a separate retreat for themselves. The Hideaway has its own additional parking along with a full bathroom and kitchen providing the perfect quiet mother in law's quarters.
Spacious rooms, player grand piano, sound system throughout the house, high end fixtures, as well as luxurious furnishings are just a few of the custom amenities the château has to offer. Not one but two master suites, spacious deck, large patio area around the pool are just a few highlights. The pool is open Memorial Day Weekend thru September.

History of The Chateau
The Waterford Château was built in 2008 by August J. "Gus" Feldker Sr. Gus was a skilled masonry craftsman for more than 56 years. His advanced skills enabled him to create works of art. Many local homes and businesses were built by Gus and are recognizable by his unique style.
In recent years he focused his work on custom, executive homes, similar to the style and scale of the Waterford Château, created with native stone and brick. He was an award-winning stone mason and was recognized for his grand projects at the Lake of the Ozarks, where he was affectionately known as the "castle builder."
Today we are honored to enjoy and share the legacy of his work of art. The stone craftmanship found throughout the exterior and interior of the home is nothing short of extraordinary.
